We’re Tim English Design, a building design and drafting business based here in Yeppoon. Growing up here on the coast, we’re passionate about the Central Queensland region. It’s one that we’re very proud to have watched grow and develop into this bustling place we, our family and our friends call home.

Hi, I’m Tim, I'm your Building Designer Rockhampton and Yeppoon homeowners and developers have relied on for expert design and second to none support over the last 15 years. I’ve worked with locals across Yeppoon, Rockhampton, Gladstone and greater Queensland to develop plans and designs tailored to their lifestyle and their personal taste. I have a passion for built form and how we interact within that form. I take pride in creating spaces that are responsive to our climate, a sites natural features and your way of living.
